Hello Spotify Community Forum 

 

On Monday I purchased a 1-month premium service for Spotify and about 25 minutes ago I went to put in the 11 digit combination - tried atleast 6 times trying different letters cause 8 looked like B and 0 looked like o/O

 

After 6 attempts I got frustrated so I turned to the community to look for answers 

 

I purchased the 1 month premium at a Tesco score not far from me in Glasgow I have the receipt and the receipt says activation successful yet when I try to activate it says error. 

 

So is it that I've been sold a false code or hasn't the cashier activated the card properly? 

 

Any help would be amazing thank you

Can you try using a different device, and a new browser? It might help to go incognito on chrome. If that doesn't work, can you try a different internet connection? If all else fails let me know and we can go try some other troubleshooting solutions.

I have tried different Web Browsers 

 

Still saying something is wrong

In that case it sounds like one of two things:

 

An account issue or it could be a gift card issue.
