Adding members to family plan on IOS and Pc

I have been trying to send a friend a token to add them to my family plan and on IOS it keeps asking me for my address, i enter my address click submit and it brings up the same page asking for my address again. so i tried it on a desktop pc clicked edit premium family plan and it just loads a blank page
