Ads on Premium

Why am I hearing ads while listening to music when I have Premiu? I am signed in and my account reflects Premium Duo. Very annoying.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here.

If you already paid for Premium but can't see the features, you can try logging out and back in. This usually allows your account info to sync properly and you should be able to see your Premium benefits. 

If this doesn't work, make sure that you're logging into the right account. Here are some tips on how to find out if you have another Spotify account.
