All playlists and albums are empty and I can't play anything

All playlists and albums are empty and I can't play anything

I am from an EU country, but have been traveling and currently in India. Have been listening without problems for 2 months. Today I saw I was logged out, so logged in. Tried playing - nothing happened. When I tried logging in from the app (Win desktop) it redirected me to browser login and gave me Error 17 - Access Point. When I searched, people had written that they'd fixed it by changing the password. So I did it and when I logged in from browser I could play. But when I tried to log in from the phone app it didn't play anything. More so- I couldn't log in from desktop app. I'm a free user, no idea if it's relevant, says I've discovered premium feature.
