Already paid for 1 year subscription

I already paid for 1 year. But still my subscription status is free! What should i do? There is no email sent if the payment is already received.

When you subscribe to Spotify premium you normally would get an email notification.

Are you shure that you didn’t subscribe with a second account?

And Have you checked your spam folder?
