My Question or Issue

I have just upgraded my phone package and now have Spotify as part of this. I am currently paying for premium monthly so how do i amend my account to ensure i utilise the deal rather than monthly payment

Since you’re paying for your subscription through another payment provider, you would have to get in touch with them about how to pay.

If you are paying through Spotify, you have the option to pay monthly, which is £9.99 in your country per month. You can see other plans available by vising your subscription overview page:

click “CHANGE OR CANCEL” > Choose a plan that most suits you.
