Annual subscription

Hi,

I've been a longtime subscriber of Spotify. On Sunday 3rd Dec I had an onscreen message on the Spotify app when listening to tunes on my phone for an annual subscription.

But where can I activate the annual subscription? I've searched high and low to no avail.
