App switched my plan

App switched my plan

Can anybody help me? I had a premium student plan or whatever the $4.99 one is and it switched me to a $9.99 one for some reason? What can i do?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here.

 

Keep in mind that in order to continue with your Student subscription, you'll need to renew the discount every year. It's possible that this process wasn't completed and this might be the reason why your plan has suddenly changed.

 

As stated in this support article, you should've received an email with instructions on how to renew the discount. If you haven't seen it, we'd suggest checking your spam folders. You can also renew it from your account page. 

 

In addition to this, you can also reach out to our Support team here so they can check your account and provide more info about your discount.
