Are spotify gift cards a one time use payment method??? NEED HELP QUICK

Hi, I just bought a $10 spotify gift card and it says its not valid even on the receipt i got it from target says "activation successful" and i have used a gift card before in the past and i know the policy is i cant use it on discounts or deals ect but can i not use a gift card as a payment method a second time. To be more clear i used a gift card 2 months ago and i just bought another, can i not use this other giftcard i recently just bought? So is my ONLY payment option credit/debit/visa??

Hmm.. Have you tried redeeming the Gift Card on https://spotify.com/redeem? Can you let me know the exact error message, please?
