Step 1




Tenho o plano familiar e coloquei meu marido, moramos juntos só que ele não esta conseguindo  obter o plano. 


Sendo que o mesmo quando fizemos o plano teve que criar uma conta nova com os dados do mesmo endereço que o meu.

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when they try joining your plan? Ask them to try joining your plan using an incognito window to see if it helps. They can also try it out from a different device.
