At what time of the day my subscription will change to Spotify free?

Solved!

At what time of the day my subscription will change to Spotify free?

On my profile, it says, 'Your plan will change to Spotify Free on **/**/20**. At that time, family members will lose access to Premium.' Does this mean the Premium plan ends at 23:59 on the *th, or does it end at the exact time I originally subscribed?

Hey again, @derda,

Thanks for getting back.

The one of the only ways to find out the exact time you started your subscription would be by checking your emails for a Spotify receipt.

Alternatively, depending on your payment method, you might be able to find out the exact time by logging into their website/app and checking when the first charge ocurred.

I hope this helps 🙂

Hey @derda2024,

Thanks for reaching out.

Your account should revert to free around the same time when you originally subscribed. 🙂

I hope this clears things up!

And how can I find out at what time I originally subscribed?
