My Question or Issue

My automatic payment was denied because there wasn't enough money on my account. How can I be sure that I do pay the incasso?

Hey @Merel_lasschuit, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Please make sure that you have enough funds on your payment method. If you don't have sufficient funds, your Premium won't cancel immediately but Spotify will attempt  to charge your card over the next few days.
