Hey,

 

I was updating my billing info because me account was pause due to payment issues. When completed the form a message popped up stating that the payment did not go thru and I should either try again or with another card. 

 

Minutes later I decided to call my bank to know why the payment did not go thru if there were funds on my card, then after research the customer service rep told me there were 2 charges on my card made by Spotify. For me it was shocking because me card was not charged according Spotify. Now I can not access my Spotify account and my bank will not return the money unless I could provide a letter showing that Spotify was not able to apply any of toese charges to my acccount.

 

Please help!
