My Question or Issue

I am trying to buy a spotify gift card online and the system is not accepting my Visa Gift card. Is it only me or does Spotify NOT allow to pay even gift card with prepaid VISA?

According to Spotify's Help site, they do accept pre-paid cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to buy a audiobook with a vanilla prepaid card and it doesn't wanna work . What should I do ?

In this situation it's best to reach out to Visa and ask them why the card is being blocked. You can ask them if international payments are possible with it. Note that the prepaid card will need to have been issued in the same country your Spotify account is set to.
 

In some cases, prepaid cards also need an additional registration/ validation before they can actually be used. It's a good idea to ask Visa/ your prepaid card retailer this as well 🙂
