Basic Duo

Hello, I have Premium Duo, but have zero interest in audiobooks. I’d like to change to Basic Duo but I don’t seem to have the option: I’ve not had that before so haven’t previously cancelled it.

Basic is available for previously existing Premium subscribers. Eligible subscribers will see Basic as an available plan on their account page. If you don’t see Basic as an available plan in your account, you’re currently not eligible.

There’s more information about Basic plans here. Spotify always rolls out new features and offers for new and current subscribers. You can keep an eye out on the Spotify Newsroom.

Thanks for the reply. I am a previous Premium customer so a little odd why I don’t seem to be eligible but will keep an eye out for any changes!
