My Question or Issue

Several months ago Spotify told me that my credit card expired (which it did) and that my Premium subscription would be paused until I updated my payment information. I had been using spotify scarcely in general so I never updated it. Today I went to update the payment again and I noticed recurring payements still happening from several months ago even though it never gave me access to premium? I'd like a refund please or some free months of premium because the payments should have stopped. I have no intention of cancelling but something has to change.

Let's make sure these charges are coming from the right account. Could you send me a screenshot of your Receipts page? Please make sure to hide any sensitive info when posting to the community.

See how theres a 9.99 charge on Jun 30th but it doesnt show up on the spotify page? There's a 9.99 charge like that for every month since January.

It is premium status now because I just renewed the account. After the card
expired it said "premium paused"
