Being charged for Spotify Free

Spotify is telling me that I have the free subscription but yet the monthly free is being taken out of my PayPal account every month. I have followed the necessary steps mentioned but it is still charging and I still do not have Spotify Premium. Please help! I would like to enjoy  what I’m paying for!! None of the below information is required.

Could you try following the steps at:

https://support.spotify.com/article/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-free/ ?

 

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.0.1
