Being charged on phone bill but cant find active account to cancel the subscription

Being charged on phone bill but cant find active account to cancel the subscription

Need Help! 

I'm a Rogers customer, I'm being charges $10 / Premium Spotify on my phone bill. 

I contacted Rogers to have it removed they tell me to go to Spotify. 

I checked what account I could have using the email address method Spotify has... 

Two accounts I found neither of it have an active subscription.

I need help / advise to how I can figure out where the subsription is or who do I contact to have this fixed and canceled for good.

Hey @Richard9313

 

If you're getting your subscription through your phone provider, it's them who cancel the service, since it's them who charge you for it in the first place.

 

Your Spotify account gets linked to your mobile number and that's it. No payment info is recorded in Spotify's systems, and therefore no charges can be made by them.
