Billed Twice for a number of months

Billed Twice for a number of months

Hi, I have just noticed I have been billed twice and this goes back for a numbner of months. 

How do I resolve this as quickly as possible?

Hi @RSK1234, thanks for writting.

 

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

Hi, I definitely only have one, billed on 18th. Could it be a fraudulent account?

Hey @RSK1234, did you follow the guide I posted on my previous reply?

 

If you did, and found you have really only one account, you can get in contact with SpotifyCares.

 

There are a few ways to contact them. One is filling out the online contact form.

 

Another great way is to reach Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.
