Billing Issues

I have been charged for the full price of Spotify Premium Service after enrolling in the Student discount over 12 months ago. After seeing the full price billing in my bank statement yet again, I tried to enroll for the student discount only to receive the message that I was in fact already enrolled. Why am I being charged extra?? And I am requesting that a refund be made for half of my payments since I have not received the discount.
