My Question or Issue

My spotify trail period is still active but I've done payment for spotify annual premium witout cancelling trail. I could only see the expiry date of my trail period under my account. But receipt has been received for the payment done under receipts section. Anyone could you please explain when annual premium subscription comes into work.

I'll be happy to help.

Your subscription will start working after your trial period ends. If you're not able to use your Premium features after your trial period, then I'd recommend following some troubleshooting steps here.
