C'ant change country subscription payment

My daughter got me Spotify for my birthday..she is in London UK..I am in Canada..she has made payments on her credit card  for the year..now want to change payment to me here..She tried to do in London and I have tried here in Canada..we both get the same message after changing Country and confirming Canadian credit card info..

"Ooops seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Try again or use another payment method"

What can we do to change country and accept new billing info ?
