CC not accepted

Hi,

 

I tried several times to us e credit card as payment method for premium.

Credit card (Mastercard)wont be accpeted saying it aint accepted in my country (Switzerland).

I checked my settings and my land is set correctly to CH, so does my CC come from.

So, in business you usualy make sure payments funktion when u want to make money...

Not the first complaint i see on this matter, seems it's been going on.

 

Please get back to me with an other answer as: please check faq's and guide.

I gone through all of them and it won't work..

Thank you for getting back to me.

 

Sorely it doesn’t help a bit. I tried Edge and Chrome, with and without incognito. Always says my CC is not from an accepted Country.

 

Any other tip than this?

Btw, I have the app installed on my PC (Windows) and also use the App on my Iphone.

Could you contact your card company and make sure it is enabled for international purchases? And could you double-check that the location associated with your card is the location you have in your account?

My credit card is enabled for international purchases, and i quintuple checked the locations.

As mentioned I already tried all your faqs. They don't work, so I contact the upport.

Maybe soemthign else?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
