Compré por error una cuenta duo, pero quería comprar un cuenta de plan familiar, el error fue que pague el año completo, hay alguna forma de cambiar el tipo d plan?

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. You can go here at any time to change to Family. The duration of the Premium will be adjusted accordingly to compensate for the price difference. Alternatively, you can send a refund request to our support team, you can reach out to them any time. Be advised that refunds can only be processed within 14 days of the date of purchase. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner. After the payment has been refunded and the account has been reverted to free, you can subscribe again for the correct plan.
