last year I was offered an annual subscription to Premium for a discounted price, I took this up as I hate monthly payments - Can this be offered again or permanently .

Since you are residing in the UK, you can get the discounted annual subscription in one of two ways:

via PayPal as a digital e-card by going here
at Costco (currently only available in their physical stores, should soon be available on their website too)
