Can I get a refund？

Yesterday I was been charged $14.99 for the family premium. But after that I removed all my family members. So how can I get the $14.99 refund, and start my own premium account for $9.99 per month?

I wanted to cancel my account because I don’t have enough money for other things but. It charged me 8 days in advance. Is it possible to apply for a refund
