My Question or Issue. Hi When I go into my account details, it says I'm on the free plan.  However, 2 months ago I upgraded, but now I want to cancel as I'm still being charged on a monthly basis. How can I do this please? Many thanks for any help.

It sounds like you've got more than one account with Spotify. I recommend checking out this FAQ article. 🙂
