Gift card problem

My Question or Issue

I redeemed a gift card last week. This would now have been valid from the end of October.
Today spotify has announced that the prices in Austria will be adjusted.
In the course of this, it was announced that the first month for all free. However, this also means that my giftcard has expired.
I would like to see that this is now valid for November 2023 and does not lose its validity.
Please help

There is a grace period ranging between one and three months (depending on the market) before the new price becomes effective, but I'm not aware of any free month of Spotify Premium being given out due to this. Feel free to send a screenshot of where it claims that. 🙂 If you'd like to confirm your next payment date, you can do this on your Account page.
