My Question or Issue

Today I just subscribed to the Spotify Premium  (Individual) plan, and now I am trying to cancel  my subscription. I thought about the price and weather I could keep up with it. Now I want to back out but can't seem too. I subscribed via the app and tried to cancel it via Spotify's website, I'll be charged $9.99 plus tax on October 1st of this year unless I can cancel my subscription. I'm using VPN (virtual private networking) and I wonder if that plays a role as to why I'm having this issue. Please help!

Hey @CardoniaJ, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Spotify doesn't recommend the use of a VPN, especially if you want something on Spotify to work properly. If you're able to, disable the VPN and then try canceling your subscription following these steps

 

If you're still having trouble, attach a screenshot of the error message you see when you try to cancel your subscription. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
