Can't Subscribe for premium - Philippines

Hi, It's my second day of trying to subscribe for premium. Every time I click continue to avail the premium, there's always a prompt "Oops something went wrong. Please contact our support team etc. " I have use the prepaid payment method.

Did anyone experience the same thing?

And today is my third time but still can’t go through. Anyway, I sent an email yesterday to the support team. I didn’t receive a reply yet. This is so heartbreaking.😔
