I've been trying to cancel my free trial but the information given on the "Payment Help" page to go to your Subscription tab and "Change or Cancel" your subscription is incorrect. The only thing on this tab is a button to start my free trial which I'm trying to cancel. I'm starting to get the feeling that since there is nowhere on the site to contact anyone at Spotify and no address or email to send the cancelation pdf supplied that I'm going to get charged either way. Help!

If you signed up for the 7-day free trial, you have nothing to cancel, since Spotify doesn't take card info during the free trial. Have a great day!
@jnorris170 - I was trying out the 30 day "free" trial. Any suggestions on how to cancel that one?

I believe you may have multiple accounts. Check the confirmation email you got from Spotify when you signed up, and make sure you are signed into the right account.
I think that you are right about having two accounts but when I go to my account overview on the account that I signed up for the trial on it says that I have Premium. (see image) But when I go into the Subscription tab like it says to do to cancel your free trial it only has a tab to"Try Premium" (see image)

I already have a slack account but it will not let me sign in to the Spotify page with those credentials and I don't have a password to sign in to the Spotify Slack community. Tried my Slack credentials and my spotify credentials and neither worked.
