Can’t cancel subscription

No matter how I try, I can’t cancel in the app, or through website. When I choose manage my subscription - there’s no option to cancel. Doesn’t matter if I log in through Facebook or my email , I can’t unsubscribe.  It’s so annoying I will have to block my credit card. Thank You Spotify for it.

I understand how frustrating it could be not being able to cancel your subscription. Could you confirm which plan you're subscribed to? You can double-check here: Manage your Subscription. 

If you're the plan manager, you'll see the option to cancel the subscription on that same page. If you’re a Family or Duo plan member, canceling in that page will remove your account from the plan, but won’t cancel it. Reach out to the plan manager to cancel or update the payment method.

Finally, if your plan is associated with a partner company (ex. your mobile or internet provider). To cancel, find their contact link on your Manage your plan page on Check Payment.
