It´s not possible to add payment information

I tried to change payment information but dosen´t apear the options... i select credit card and i only can see 3 dots moving. I tried on my pc windows.

Solved!!Superuser Contribution Credit card from another country

I live in Europe but my credit card belongs to South America and Spotify tells me to set the latter as my location. Won't I have any problems in the future if I set that?
