Spotify Duo

Hi, we accidentally upgraded to Premium Duo. We are a couple and always in the same place together, but we live nomadically and do not maintain one fixed home base year round. Because of that, we did not realize our billing countries would prevent the second member from joining, even though we are together. We canceled once we understood the problem. Could you please review this and help with a refund for the accidental upgrade?
