My Question or Issue

 

My credit card expired and my account reverted to free. I attempted to enter new credit card information, but it is not accepting it. I followed all of the Spotify suggestions, but none of them have worked. I tried PayPal and that did not work. I tried incognito and that didn’t work. I tried not using wifi and that didn’t work. I tried a different browser and that didn’t work. I’m afraid I am going to have to just delete my account and start with a new email. Can someone help?

Hey @Mhickam, thanks for reaching out to the Community! 

 

That's odd. Let's try a few more things before you possibly proceed with creating a new account. Can you try updating your payment method from a different device (if possible) from this link. I also recommend making sure everything is okay regarding the payment method itself. You can check out this article from the support page for more details.

 

Lastly, it's also a good idea to get in touch with the bank/payment method provider so they can verify everything is in order from their side.
