My Question or Issue
I just subscribed to a Spotify Premium Duo plan. Payment was successful and the plan is active. However, I can’t enter my address or invite my wife. When I open the Premium Duo Account page I see the 3 loading dots, but nothings happens. Tried both Safari and Firefox (also Incognito).

Did the page load eventually or are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, then try switching to a different network to see if that does the trick. If possible, try accessing your account page by logging in on another device (your wife's phone or a computer would do).
Something else you can try out is clearing your browser's cache and cookies and logging in again.

Tried today on another computer, and that worked. Problem solved.
