My Question or Issue

Moved from Belarus to Poland a half year ago. Region field is inactive and shows Belarus, but I'm definitely in Poland. Manual says that I need to change payment method to the one from new region, but I have no such button 'cause I'm paying through the Google (using polish payment method though). I've tried to add polish banking card as new payment method, but it says that my card and the region are not the same. Please help

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, it might be best to cancel your current subscription and wait until it has ended. Once you're back on Spotify Free, you can change your country setting following these steps and then upgrade to Premium here again. 🙂
