Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

You can try resetting your password by entering all email addresses that you may have used to sign up for Spotify here. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you get the message that the password reset email was sent. Keep in mind that it's also possible that you created your account through Apple, Google or Facebook, so make sure to check those alternatives as well.

 

In case you're still struggling with logging in to your Premium account, you can get in touch with the folks over at Customer Support who'll be able to assist you further since they have access to the necessary tools.
