Can't get premium account.

Can't get premium account.

Hi All,

 

I can't get the premium account after purchase via phone amount balance. I was try to check amount of balance and the balance of the credit has been truncated, try to restart aplication for a few times and also try to logout and login but my account still free account after 2 days . How about it?

Hey @AanKlisnanto,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
