Can’t invite my partner to duo subscription

I have an issue with connecting accounts to duo subscription, it’s written that you must live in same place so we actually do, could it be because of my partner created account in other country?

Yeah, that could prevent them from joining your plan for sure, at least temporarily. Please share a screenshot of the exact error message 🙂
