Trying to cancel premium and it won’t let me

I’m trying to cancel my premium subscription and when I get to the page and click the button to cancel the plan nothing happens and my account is still registered as premium. How do I cancel this?!? PlanFree/PremiumCountryUSADeviceiPhone 12
