Can't get premium

I downloaded spotify for my new iphone and they gave me a free month without knowing. And after that month I wanted to get premium. But they don't give me that. And the spotify says If we purchase it they give us 3 month free. But kinda unfair. Because I can't enjoy that 3 month free subscription. Please give me a help with that

Unfortunately, the 3 months Premium offer is only available if you haven't had a Premium subscription in the past. However, you can still purchase Premium Individual here.
