My Question or Issue

 

I wanted to switch from a premium duo to a single account. I paid, but it didn’t get through. In my bank account it says “on reservation” and in my spotify app, i get the notification “Payment failed”. What will happen now?

Hi @NvR2900 ,

 

Could you go on Settings - Account- Plan. Please let us know what's reflecting currently in current plan. Additionally use the path Account Settings- Payment- Order History. It will reflect the payment status
