My Question or Issue

I updated to duo and my partner can't join even though he tried to joined in the same address that I used to setup.

We are both in Japan, His iphone was originally set up as New Zealand but now it has been updated to Japan. He tried to join using facebook account.

My bill is in ¥ so I'm sure I'm using Japanese account.

 

Can someone help me out please...?
