Can't join duo plan?

Can't join duo plan?

I cancelled a duo plan with my mom as she didn't use Spotify very much. My boyfriend invited me to start a new duo plan with him but I keep getting an error message saying to "Try Again Later." It's been several days now and it still doesn't work. What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out.


Since you're currently the owner of a Duo plan, you'll need to wait until your account reverts back to Spotify Free before you'll be able to join someone else's plan. 🙂
