Can't join family subscription

I just can't register myself as a family member. Only help I can find is that spotify tells me to ask to re-send the invitation. But it's defeneatly not helping. It's just so sad that I have to ask from community and can't ask from spotify. How the **bleep** should community know what's wrong with my subscription.
