Superuser Contribution Me están cobrando 2 veces el servicio premium en la tarjeta de crédito

En el resumen de la tarjeta me aparece dos veces el costo, uno pendiente de autorización. Pero en el total figura el cargo por dos veces el servicio. Hice el reclamo a visa pero me solicito que lo reclamé a quien cobra.

Superuser Contribution 30 day trial only lasted for 7 days

I accepted the 30 day free trial on my phone, however, when i logged onto spotify on my computer today it said my free trial had ended. I checked on my phone and sure enough it also sai my trial had ended. I asked for 30 days not 7.
