I use offline mode often and today it said 29 days until I needed to go back on line I thought ok I will just have to extend it but the I got a notification that said you have 12 playlists downloaded that's a premium feature Change your payment method ASAP please help

It's possible that the system was unable to process your payment. Does your payment card meet these requirements? If so, we recommend you update your payment method details following the steps listed here.

 

If you're unable to make the payment, we’d suggest reaching out to your bank for more info.

I just wanted to know how many days I have left I don't want to pay until it runs out
