I bought a Spotify card but happens a error message saying the code is not valid. I can't make the subscription.

I bought it almost a week and Still happens the error message about the code. But that is the code. 

Please solve the problem.

Can you let me know if the gift card was prurchased in the same country that you are trying to redeem it in?

Also, are you getting any error message when trying to redeem?
