Over charged

I have an account with spotify but without primium. Primium is not in my bugget right now and i have never sighned up for it, yet yesterday i was chared $10 which is the price of primium. but i never sighed up for it i dont want it and when i go into my account it still says that i do not have primium. i need to speek with someone on the phone and not to a machine right now for the charges that have been made asap

Spotify doesn't provide customer service over the phone, but you can reach out to them via one of the below ways:

Twitter: https://twitter.com/spotifycares

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Emma I know what you mean mate they have taken 3 payments out of my account in 2 days I can't afford them doing this . I can't even fill out their contact form I have to say I'm not happy with them now

i have tride these options but it is way to complicated for the problem im in

Sorry, but they're the only ways to get in touch with Support. If you don't want to contact them through one of these ways then you, unfortunately, won't be able to get any Support.

 

They're the only people who can take a look backstage for you.

The problem isn't me acessing it its that my problem is not an easy one to fix.

I understand. I'd recommend reaching out to Support again and letting them know that your issue hasn't been solved yet and that you're still waiting on a solution.
